| 摘 要： | 在空气钻井中,钻头破碎的岩屑和地层气体随循环介质通过排放管线一同被排放到指定区域,在出口之前整个循环通道是封闭的,不能采用像钻井液钻井的方法采集岩屑和气样。为此,研制开发了适用于空气、雾化、泡沫欠平衡钻井的岩屑-气样采集装置,该装置由主体、气样采集装置和岩屑采集装置等3部分组成。当来自井内的介质流过主体管时,气样采集装置会阻挡住一部分气体岩屑混合物迫使气体沿上方流动来采集气样;岩屑采集装置会阻挡住一部分气体岩屑混合物迫使岩屑沿下方流动来采集岩屑。2003年该装置在玉门油田窿九井获得成功应用。

| Abstract: | A debris-gas sample collecting device is developed for meeting the need of logging in air drilling, mist drilling and foam drilling. The device is comprised of main body, gas sample collecting unit and chip sample collecting unit. The operating principle of the device is expounded, and its test and application in Yumen Oilfield are analyzed. |
