钻井用阀式液力冲击器的优化设计

摘    要:为了在给定冲击力时,设计钻井用阀式液力冲击器的最佳尺寸,从而减少设计和制造成本;或在结构尺寸给定的惰况下,获得最大冲击力,对冲击器进行了优化设计。以最大冲击载荷为设计目标建立了冲击器的优化计算模型并进行实例计算。实例计算结果的分析表明,要增加冲击力,靠增加静载荷在经济上是不合算的,应该增加静载荷下落的行程来提高冲击载荷;另外,在速度一定时,为了使冲击力最大,应使冲击时间尽可能减少。

Abstract:To design optimal dimensions of hydraulic valve impactor with impacting force given to reduce cost of designation or manufacture, or to get maximum impacting force for determined dimensions, the fluid impactor is designed optimally. Taking the maximum impacting load as designing object, an optimal design model of the fluid impactor is established. The analysis of the case calculation results show that, it is uneconomical to increase static load to increase impacting force, and the falling stroke of the static load must be increased to enhance impacting load; in addition, the impacting time must be reduced as possibly as to attain maximum impacting force at an invariably velocity.
