摘    要:以系统优化为前提,合理地初选了玻璃钢-钢混合杆柱比例、泵挂深度及抽汲参数,提出了以底部杆柱不受压失稳为目标的杆柱应力设计方法。给出了玻璃钢-钢混合杆柱系统优化设计步骤,开发了适用于玻璃钢-钢混合杆柱的优化设计软件。用该软件对YKXX井玻璃钢-钢混合杆柱进行优化设计,结果表明,系统效率均低于30%,其主要原因是选用了库存抽油机;冲程损失均小于0,这说明该种杆柱设计方案实现了超冲程;第1级杆为加重杆可以平衡下冲程过程中杆柱底部的压应力。

The optimized design of the compound fiberglass-steel rod string
Abstract:With the system optimization as the precondition,a primary selection of the proportion of the fiberglass and steel of the compound rod string,the pump setting depth and the swabbing parameter was conducted.The design method of the rod string stress was put forward,with the goal of the bottom rod string being free from pressure and instability.The steps for the system optimization design of the compound fiberglass-steel rod string were introduced.The optimized design software suitable for the compound string was developed.The software was applied to conduct an optimized design of the compound string of Well YKXX in Xinjiang.The result shows that the system efficiency is lower that 30% owing to the selection of the inventory pumping unit;the stroke loss is less than zero,revealing that the design scheme of the rod string achieves over-stroke;the compressive stress of the rod string bottom can be balanced in the process of down stroke while the first-grade rod string being the weight bar.
