| 摘 要： | 在常规低压易漏井固井作业中,通常要求使用低密度水泥浆。泡沫水泥是技术、经济优势比较明显的一种低密度水泥。为现场配制泡沫水泥,中油特种车辆有限公司开发了固井水泥发泡车。阐述了这种专用车的工作原理、整机布局方案、发泡系统和流量控制系统,介绍了其试验试用情况,指出该车具有水泥浆体密度连续可调、工作效率高、成本低等特点。

Development of cement foaming truck for cementing |

| Abstract: | The low-density cement slurry is usually required in the common cementing operation in low-pressure leakage well. The foam cement is a kind of low-density cement with obvious technical and economic advantages. Zhongyou Special Vehicle Co.,Ltd. develops a cement foaming truck for cementing for the purpose of preparing foam cement. The working mechanism,overall scheme,foaming system and flowrate control system of the truck are narrated and the test result is introduced. It features continuous and adjustable cement slurry density,high working efficiency and low cost. |
