钻井液气体样品自动取样器

传统的人工气体取样模式气样与井深对应性差,所取气体样品不能满足实验室二次检测的要求,为此研制了钻井液气体样品自动取样器。该取样器包括机械部分和自动控制部分,机械部分主要由竖支架、横梁、固定夹、取气瓶、电动取样阀、进气管线及出气管线等组成,自动控制部分包括数据服务器、录井仪工作站、色谱工作站、HUB、I/O控制卡和继电器卡。现场应用表明,该取样器既可以单独在线工作,又可以与综合录井仪相连使用,自动采集的气体样品与相应地层深度精确对应,自动化程度高,故障率低,性能稳定。

Automatic gas sampler for drilling mud

Gas chromatograph is commonly used for online detectionof gas sample from drilling mud on well site.This method has the disadvantage of lower detecting accuracy and limited detecting content.When abnormal detecting result occurs,collecting gas sample according to well depth and making second-time detecting or analyzing in laboratory are needed.The hydrocarbon component detecting is carried out by cycle and the cycle time is usually 30 s to 3 min.If gas sampling depending on manual work after abnormal detecting result occurs,the needed sample according to correct depth may be missed already.To solve this problem,an automatic gas sampler for drilling mud is designed.This sampler can collect gas sample timely and accurately according to the initial setup.The wellsite application effect shows that this sampler can collect gas sample automatically according to the accurate depth.The collected gas sample can reflect the true geological character.
