往复泵活塞磨损故障的振动识别

摘    要:根据往复泵在工作过程中受多种振源激励的情况,用振动诊断方法对往复泵活塞磨损故障诊断进行了探索研究,提出了判别活塞破损(磨损)的简单方法。诊断过程中,用计算机采集往复泵排出过程或吸入过程中缸套压盖上振动加速度信号。通过对该信号的时域、幅值域分析,尤其是频域的同步功率谱平均分析,可提取出较明显的活塞破损(磨损)故障信息。试验表明,用该方法进行往复泵活塞破损(磨损)故障的监测与诊断,具有简单、实用等优点,可准确地判别出活塞的破损(磨损)故障。

Abstract:Based on a reciprocating pump being excited by various vibrating sources in operation, failure diagnosis of worn reciprocating pump piston by means of vibration diagnosis is investigated, and a simple method for judging damage or wear of the piston is offered. In the course of the diagnosis, the vibration acceleration signal on the fixed plate of the pump cylinder is collected by computer. By analysis of the time domain and amplitude domain of the signal, especially an averoging analysis of the synchronous power spectrum of frequency domain, obvious failure information of worn or damaged piston can be acopired. Test shows that the theve-mentioned method is simple, practicable and reliable.
