摘    要:利用Ansys Workbench软件对新型顶驱下套管装置的传动缸进行了拓扑优化和尺寸优化设计。基于变密度法和中心复合设计法,分别建立拓扑优化设计和尺寸优化设计数学模型,并给出了拓扑优化和尺寸优化流程。按照建立的数学模型和设计流程对顶驱下套管装置传动缸进行结构优化,得到其最优尺寸组合。分析结果表明,优化后的传动缸在满足应力要求的条件下质量减轻了20%,节省了制造材料。

Abstract:The topological optimization and size optimum design of the drive cylinder of the top drive casing-running system was conducted using the Ansys Workbench software.The mathematical models of the optimization design were established on the basis of the variable density method and the central composite design.The procedures of topological optimization and size optimization were given.According to the mathematical models and design procedures established the structural optimization of the drive cylinder of the top drive casing-running system was carried out,obtaining the optimal sizing combination.The analysis shows that the drive cylinder optimized can satisfy the stress requirement with its mass reduced by 20% and the manufacture material saved.
