高压孔板式节流阀流固耦合分析

摘    要:在高压地层条件下,节流管汇中的锥形节流阀经常发生阀心断裂事故,不能满足井控作业安全生产的要求,需要选用孔板式节流阀进行压井作业。鉴于此,应用先进的有限元计算软件ANSYS,对高压工况下孔板式节流阀进行了流场和结构场的耦合分析,研究了孔板式节流阀的流场分布和阀板的受力情况,为油田科学选用孔板式节流阀进行压井作业以及研制新型高压孔板式节流阀提供了理论依据。

Fluid-solid coupling analysis of high-pressure orifice choke valve
Abstract:Under the condition of high-pressure formation,the valve core of the cone-shape choke valve in the choke-line manifold is often prone to breaking,which can not meet the demand of safe well-control operation.Therefore,the orifice choke valve is needed to be used for well-killing job.By means of ANSYS,the coupling analysis of flow field and structural field of the orifice choke valve is carried out under the high-pressure condition.In addition,the flow field distribution of the orifice choke valve and the force condition of the valve plate are studied,thus providing the theoretical basis for choosing the orifice choke valve scientifically and developing novel high-pressure orifice choke valve.
