| 摘 要： | 引进的新型增效活塞环式抽油泵主要由抽油杆、上下出油阀、活塞本体、钢密封环、软密封环、出油阀、螺旋挡砂帽、活塞护套和泵上下接头等组成。密封结构为弹性密封 ,每台泵的活塞共有 17道弹性密封环 ,其中 11道软密封环和 6道钢密封环 ,活塞长度仅为 2 4 0mm ,出厂试压 2 0MPa ,不渗不漏。先后应用了 2 0口井 ,均运转正常 ,平均增加泵效 9 8%。实践证明 ,这种泵对于低泵效井和微出砂井有积极作用 ,对于低渗透油田 ,效果尤其明显

| Abstract: | The piston ring type subsurface pump is a new efficiency-increasing pump. It adopts elastic seals. Its piston is provided with 17 elastic sealing rings, of which 11 are soft ring and others are rigid ring. The length of the piston is only 240mm. The pump operates well without leakage under a test pressure of 20MPa. Application in 20 wells in Linpan Area in Shengli Oilfield Company shows that, by using this pump, the mean pump efficiency is improved by 9.8%. This pump is especially suitable for use in low permeability oil fields. |
