摘    要:半球形封头壁厚与筒体壁厚不相等的高压容器是由端部密封装置、筒体、半球形封头和加强箍等组成的一种新结构容器。介绍了这种容器的基本结构及特点,并以加强箍及其附近的半球形封头和筒体为研究对象,利用有限元计算和应力实测结果对其受力特点作了深入分析,提出了工程设计方法,对比分析了其应力集中系数、质量和制造难易程度。指出这种容器利用独特的加强箍技术有效地解决了厚度与筒体不相等的半球形封头和筒体的连接问题,存在安全可靠、结构合理、制造简便、可降低成本等优点,有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract:High pressure vessel with hemispherical head thinner than cylinder wall is a new type of vessel which consists of sealing device, cylinder, hemispherical head and reinforcing ring. It is provided with a reinforcing ring for the connection of the hemispherical head and the cylinder and is safe in use, reasonable in structure, convenient in fabrication, and low in cost. In addition to a comprehensive comparison on stress concentration factor, weight and manufacturing process, the authors not only describe the basic structure and its features by comparing it with other high pressure vessels available, but also expound its characteristics of stress distribution based on finite element analysis and stress measurement. An engineering design method of the vessel is presented as well.
