蒸汽吞吐水平井精密微孔滤砂管完井参数设计

摘    要:精密微孔滤砂管在蒸汽吞吐水平井中得到了广泛应用,但对其理论模型研究很少。耦合水平井蒸汽注入阶段、焖井阶段、生产阶段的传热与传质模型,建立了稠油蒸汽吞吐水平井精密微孔滤砂管完井参数设计模型。研究了筛管外径、筛孔直径、筛孔密度、圆周筛孔数对水平井IPR曲线的影响和吞吐周期内井筒压降的变化规律。研究结果表明,水平井产能随着筛管外径、筛孔直径、筛孔密度的增大而增大,且变化趋于平缓;筛孔密度、圆周筛孔数对水平井产能影响较大;随着温度降低,井筒压降对筛管外径敏感性增强。与现场水平井生产效果对比表明,该模型具有较高精度,为蒸汽吞吐水平井精密微孔滤砂管完井设计与效果预测提供了分析模型。

Abstract:The precision micropore sand screen is extensively used in steam stimulation horizontal wells,but little research on its theoretical model has been done.Coupling the model of heat transfer and mass transfer in horizontal well’s steam injection period,shut-in-well period and production period,the completion parameter design model of heavy oil steam stimulation horizontal well with precision micropore sand screen was established.The effect of screen pipe external diameter,mesh diameter,mesh density and circumferential mesh number on horizontal well’s IPR curve and the variation law of well bore pressure drop within the stimulation period were studied.The findings show that the production capacity of horizontal well increases with screen pipe’s outer diameter,mesh diameter and mesh density with the change getting smooth.The mesh density and circumferential mesh number have remarkable effect on the production capacity of horizontal well.With the decrease of temperature the pressure drop of well bore becomes more sensitive to screen pipe’s outer diameter.A comparison to the actual production result of the horizontal well indicates that the model has a high precision,providing the analysis model for the completion design and effect prediction of the steam stimulation horizontal well with precision micropore sand screen.
