| 摘 要： | 根据可靠性理论提出了一些客观反映单根抽油杆和抽油杆柱可靠性水平的指标,用随机理论结合实例确立威布尔分布为抽油杆寿命数据的统计模型,可作为求解抽油杆可靠性指标的依据。同时通过对单根抽油杆和抽油杆柱各项指标的实算分析,得出了对抽油杆进行可靠性评估的结论。

Reliability Assessment for Sucker Rods |

| Abstract: | On the basis' of the reliability theory, the author presents some indexes that can represent objectively the reliability level of single sucker rod and sucker rod string and, by random theory combined with practice, defines the Weibull distribution as the statistical model of rod lives, which can be used as the basis for working out the reliability index of sucker rods. By analyzing the various indexes for single sucker rod and sucker rod string,the author draws a conclusion on the reliability assessment for sucker rods. |
