摘    要:我国首台人工岛7000m深环轨移动模块钻机于2008年2月在冀东南堡油田1号人工岛顺利开钻,该钻机应用的基于S7-300软冗余钻机自动送钻控制系统,现已通过现场验收。该自动送钻系统添加了1套PLC控制系统,系统有手动和自动2种工作模式。自动送钻监控系统主要包括自动送钻恒钻压控制、电子防碰、游车位置精确定位与动态演示、故障识别报警与处理等模块。监控系统采用了基于西门子公司S7-300PLC的软冗余方案,PLC处理器成双使用,当主处理器出现故障时备用的处理器会按照监控程序和数据交换处理程序实现数据同步,完成自动切换。现场应用表明,该系统操作简单,切换方便,提高了钻机控制自动化水平和生产管理水平,确保了钻机的平稳、安全、高效运行。

The design of the control system of the S7-300 software redundancy-based drilling rig automatic bit feed
Abstract:China's first artificial island 7,000 m deep ring rail mobile module rig had a smooth spud-in in Hebei Province's Nanpu Oilfield in February,2008.The S7-300 software redundancy-based drilling rig automatic bit feed control system used by the rig has now successfully undergone the field acceptance.This automatic bit feed system is equipped with one more PLC control system which has both manual and automatic operating models.The automatic bit feed monitoring system mainly consists of many modules,such as automatic bit feed constant bit load pen-case control,electronic anti-bumping,precise positioning and dynamic demonstration of the idle car's point,and failure identification,alarming and treatment.The monitoring system adopts the software redundancy scheme based on Siemens's S7-300LC.The PLC processor is used in pairs.When the major processor fails,the back-up processor will achieve data synchronization according to the monitoring program and data exchange processing program and complete automatic switching.The field application indicates that the system is simple in operation and convenient in switching,improving the rig control's automatic level and production management level and guaranteeing the smooth,safe and effective operation of the rig.
