小直径连续管作业设备电液集成控制系统优化

摘    要:鉴于目前国内排水采气设备的现状以及橇装式小直径连续管排水采气作业设备的需要,研发了小直径连续管作业设备电液集成控制系统。该系统以达到小直径连续管作业设备微型化总体结构为目标,对液压系统采用模块化、集成化设计;对电器控制系统采用自动化设计;对数据采集系统采用数字化设计和显示。通过模拟井试验,证明该系统结构紧凑,操作简便,自动化程度高,应用效果好。

Abstract:In consideration of the demands of skid-mounted small diameter coiled tubing drainage and gas production system,a technique of electro-hydraulic integrated control for equipment of small diameter coiled tubing operation is researched and developed. For the purpose of implementing a microscopic overall structure of the small diameter coiled tubing operation equipment,a modular and integrated design is provided for hydraulic system and automatization design is adopted in electric control system and digitized design and display are used in data acquisition system. Simulated well test shows that the equipment is compact in structure,easy in operation,and has high automation degree and good application effect.
