摘    要:以元陆10井为例对元坝区块陆相井钻井的关键技术进行了探析。该井在钻进中先后使用了空气锤钻井技术、PDC钻头+螺杆钻具复合钻井技术、进口PDC钻头+扭力冲击器钻井技术及孕镶金刚石钻头+高速涡轮复合钻井技术,有效克服了陆相地层岩性复杂、机械钻速低及易斜易漏等难题。其中进口PDC钻头+扭力冲击器钻井技术应用效果较好,平均机械钻速是常规钻井牙轮钻头的4.68倍,平均单只钻头进尺是常规钻井牙轮钻头的9.7倍。建议使用无固相钻井液体系,并在珍珠冲段之前结束使用扭力冲击器。

Abstract:The key drilling technology of continental wells in Yuanba Block was explored taking Well 10 of Yuanlu as an example.In drilling,the well adopted air hammer drilling technology,composite drilling technology of PDC bit plus screw drill,technology of imported PDC bit plus torsional impactor and composite drilling technology of diamond-impregnated bit plus high speed turbine.These technologies helped to overcome the problems,such as complex lithology,low rate of penetration and easy inclination and leakage.The findings show that the application of technology of imported PDC bit plus torsional impactor has reached the desirable effect in lower and middle Xiashaximiao Formation,Qianfoya Formation and upper Ziliujing Formation.The average rate of penetration is 4.68 times that of conventional roller bit.The average single-bit footage is 9.7 times that of the roller bit.It is suggested that the drilling fluid system without solid phase should be used and use of torsional impactor should be put to an end before drilling Zhenzhuchong section.
