SL450水龙头提环三维有限元分析

分析了ＳＬ４５０水龙头提环三维应力场，并采用三维有限元位移法对危险截面处不同形态和不同深度表面椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子进行了求解，给出了应力强度因子沿裂纹前缘的变化规律。按有限元数值，拟合出了应力强度因子的近似计算式，为预测带裂纹水龙头提环的承载能力和剩余寿命，确定探伤周期，制定判废标准等提供了必要的断裂分析参数。

Finite Element Analysis of Model SL450 Swivel Bail.

The authors analyze the 3-D stress field on Model SL450 swivel bail, work out the stress strength factors of the surface elliptical cracks of various shapes at different depth on critical cross-sections by the 3-D finite element displacement method,present the pattern of variation of stress strength factors along the leading edge of the cracks. And on the basis of a large number of finite element values obtained, the authors work out the approximate equation for calculating the stress strength factor, providing a basis for predicting the load capacity and residual life of the swivel bail with cracks and determining the period of flaw detection.
