摘    要:针对稠油注汽热采井中,压井液、洗井液进入地层使井下温度降低,造成转抽后开井困难;转抽前井内压力释放不彻底,易发生井喷或外溢等情况,研制了新型高温井井下控制阀。该阀的创新点:(1)采用齿轮齿条传动机构把管柱的直线运动变为阀球旋转运动,使阀球的开关更灵活,由锁爪、弹簧和支撑环组成的锁紧机构牢靠,不受阀球上下压差的影响;(2)球面金属密封在高温高压下密封性好;(3)阀球内通径大,打开后阀球通道与管柱同心,成为流体流动的畅通通道;(4)提放管柱开关球阀操作方便,可用于注汽热采井、直井、非热采井和大斜度井。

Abstract:To solve the problem of well fluid overflow in heavy oil thermal recovery wells, a novel downhole switch valve is developed. The characteristics of this valve lie in: (1) the valve ball can be opened and closed flexibly by using the rack-gear transmission mechanism, and the locking mechanism comprised of locking claw and spring and supporting ring is reliable and is not influenced by the pressure differential on the valve ball; (2) the metal seal of the valve ball surface seals well at high temperature and high pressure; (3) the valve ball has large internal diameter and provides a smooth flow passage for the well fluid; (4) the ball valve can be switched conveniently in pulling and lowering the string.
