摘    要:当今油气钻井向4000m以深的深井和超深井钻井发展成为主流,原传统回转钻井工艺已经很难适应,应用冲击器很有前途和意义,但需要对其进行改进以适应需要。为此,针对原射流式冲击器防空打机构存在伸缩节处密封圈过早损坏、射流元件磨蚀、冲蚀大及不适应划眼作业等缺点,对其防空打机构做了改型设计:改变了密封方式、增设了分流接头,消除了原冲击器的缺点,并延长了射流式冲击器使用寿命。

Abstract:Nowadays it has become a main tendency to drill a well with 4 000 m or above.The traditional rotary drilling chnology cannot accommodate to it.Using impactor is of great significance,but it is necessary to improve the impactor to meet the demand.Therefore,in consideration of the problems regarding the anti-useless strike mechanism of traditional jet impactor such as the premature failure of seal ring at the telescopic joint,the wear of jet component,serious erosion and unable wiping operation,the anti-useless strike mechanism is remolded and redesigned.The seal method is changed and the diverting joint added,thus eliminating the shortcomings of previous impactor and extending the working life of jet impactor.
