摘    要:以大庆石化分公司 1.4 0Mt/a重油催化裂化装置标定数据为基础 ,围绕影响装置能耗的两大主线 :热量和功 ,从催化裂化工艺本身出发 ,不考虑能量形式的转化和以物耗来反应能耗的体现方式 ,提出了一种催化裂化装置实际能耗计算方法 ,装置的能耗包括反应热、进出物流的有效热、机组及机泵的功耗、低温位油品的冷却、气体压力能损失和散热损失。因出发点不同 ,实际能耗计算方法与按照能耗计算标准计算的结果存在一定的差距。装置的实际能耗在较大程度上决定于装置的设计 ,物耗和产品收率决定装置的经济效益 ,因此 ,对催化裂化装置的评价应以能耗和效益两个指标为标准。

Abstract:A calculation method for FCCU energy consumption on the basis of the test run data of the 1.4Mt/a heavy oil FCCU in Daqing Petrochemical Company, starting from the FCC process itself, without considering the energy transfer and material consumption for reflecting the reaction energy consumption, enclosing two main lines which influence the unit energy consumption, heat and power, is proposed. The FCCU energy consumptions mainly concentrate on reaction heat, efficient heat of input and output streams, blower, compressor and pumps power consumptions, low-temperature oil media cooling, gas pressure energy loss and heat loss, etc. Due to the different starting point, the actual energy consumption is quite different from which calculated with related standard. Actual energy consumption is depended on the design level, and the material consumption and product yields determine the economic effect of the unit. Therefore, both energy consumption and economic effect should be used as criteria for evaluating a FCCU.
