摘    要:以大庆重质原料油、中间基蜡油和中间基重质油为原料,分别用含较多ZSM-5的催化剂A、及含Y型分子筛的B和C进行MIP和FCC中型试验,考察第二反应区在MIP工艺过程中所起的作用。结果表明,MIP工艺第二反应区不仅可以大幅度地降低汽油烯烃含量、改善汽油质量,而且可以提高重油裂化能力,增加液化气产率。通过对MIP工艺第一反应区和第二反应区的裂化机理几率计算可以看出,第二反应区双分子反应占明显优势,由此可以推断出,MIP工艺第二反应区所起的作用是双分子反应造成的。

Abstract:Experiments on cracking of Daqing VGO blended with VR, an intermediate-base VGO and an intermediate-base heavy oil respectively in the presence of catalyst A having more ZSM-5 type zeolite,B and C having Y type zeolite were conducted on FCC and MIP pilot plants respectively. The experimental results showed that the second reaction zone of MIP could not only significantly drop the olefin content in the cracked naphtha, but also enhanced the crackability of the bottoms and increased the LPG yield. The calculation of the cracking mechanism rates of the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone indicated that the bimolecular reaction was predominated in the latter. It could be drawn that the function of the second reaction zone in MIP was caused by the bimolecular reaction.
