| 摘 要： | 介绍了双相不锈钢复合管的复合结构、复合工艺、外防腐以及连接管件。双相不锈钢复合管具有很好的耐腐蚀性，被广泛应用于化工领域，与纯不锈钢管相比，价格低廉且兼有不锈钢管的高耐腐蚀性能和碳钢管的高强度、高韧性。其制造工艺、可焊性以及连接管件都已得到深入研究，并已应用于耐腐蚀油气输送管道，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | It introduces composite structure,production process,external coating and connecting fitting of liner stainless steel compound steel pipe.Liner two-phase stainless steel composite steel pipe possesses excellent corrosion resistance,and has been widely used for chemical industry.It also owns many advantages in comparison with pure stainless steel,such as cheap cost,excellent corrosion resistance,high strength & toughness.So far deep research has made about its production process,weldability and connecting fitting and it also has been used for anti-corrosion oil and gas transmission pipeline,and obtained favorable economy and society profit. |
