先导式油控水阀的建模与分析

摘    要:为了确保大直径钢管水压试验中高低压切断、放气、卸载等功能的准确控制,进一步降低油控水阀的故障率,使用Solidworks和AMEsim平台建立了一种先导式油控水阀模型,研究了阀芯质量、阀芯夹角、弹簧刚度、阻尼孔直径等参数对先导式油控水阀的性能影响。研究结果显示,减小主阀芯的质量、尽量减小阀芯夹角、采用弹性柱销体替代弹簧、减小阻尼孔的孔径等手段可有效提高油控水阀的使用寿命。仿真及验证表明,先导式水阀的受力情况、响应速度、使用寿命等性能指标均优于传统的油控水阀,并可显著降低加工、维修成本。

Modeling and Analysis of Pilot-operated Type Oil Control Water Valve
Abstract:In order to ensure accurate control some functions of large diameter steel pipe in hydrostatic test , such as cutting off high and low pressure, deflating , unloading, and so on, further reduce the failure rate of oil control water valve, a kind of pilot-operated type oil control water valve model was established by using Solidworks and AMEsim platforms, and the influence of some parameters on the performance of oil control water valve was studied, incluing valve core quality, the included angle of valve core, spring stiffness, damping hole diameter etc. The results indicated that reducing the quantity of main valve core, decreasing the included angle of valve core, adopting elastic dowel pin instead of spring, reducing the damping hole diameter and other measures can effectively improve the service life of oil control water valve. Simulation and validation showed that the force situation, response speed and the service life of the pilot-operated valve are superior to the traditional oil control water valve, and can significantly reduce the processing, maintenance cost.
