我国油气管道高强度钢用埋弧焊接材料研制的思考

摘    要:介绍了“八五”以来,我国研制的油气管道用埋弧焊丝、焊剂的进展情况;探讨了我国X80以上钢级管道焊接材料研制的思路;总结了其研制阶段和成分设计思想;分析了现有焊接材料的调整空间和高性能焊接材料的发展趋势。

Abstract:The progress of flux and wire developed in China for oil and gas pipeline during The Eighth-Five Years Plan is introduced.The development thinking of welding material above grade X80 pipe in China is discussed.The design thought of its development phases and compositions is summarized.The adjusting room of existed welding material and the developing trend is analyzed.
