螺旋埋弧焊管聚乙烯防腐材料消耗影响因素分析及控制

摘    要:针对螺旋埋弧焊管3PE防腐生产中焊缝处聚乙烯厚度控制困难,从而造成聚乙烯材料消耗大的问题。从螺旋埋弧焊管3PE聚乙烯原料、焊缝形貌、涂敷工艺等方面开展了分析,总结出焊缝处聚乙烯消耗大的原因,并提出降低材耗的控制措施,为螺旋埋弧焊管生产企业降低管材的防腐成本提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the difficulty to control the polyethylene thickness at the weld seam in the 3PE anti?orrosion production of submerged?rc helical welded pipe, resulting in a large consumption of polyethylene materials, 3PE polyethylene raw material, weld morphology, coating process and other aspects of submerged?rc helical welded pipe, summarizes the reasons for high polyethylene consumption at the weld, and puts forward control measures to reduce material consumption, which provides a reference for submerged?rc helical welded pipe enterprises to reduce costs.
