西气东输二线工程用X80级埋弧焊管的试制

摘    要:介绍了用于西气东输二线工程的X80钢级、Ф121.9mm×22mm直缝埋弧焊管和X80钢级、Ф1219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋弧焊管的试制情况及检验结果。根据工艺评定结果确定:X80级、4,1219mm×22mm直缝埋弧焊管采用钝边7mm、坡口角度37°对称X型坡口,预焊焊丝为CHW60C Ф3mm、内外焊采用MK-680 Ф4mm焊丝与神剑SJ101G焊剂匹配以及相应的焊接规范;X80钢级、Ф1219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋弧焊管采用钝边7mm、上坡口角度35°、下坡口角度40°X型坡口,内外焊采用H08C焊丝与锦州SJ101G焊剂匹配以及相应的焊接规范。试制结果均符合API SPEC 5L管线钢管规范和《西气东输二线管道工程用直缝埋弧焊管技术条件》的要求。比较发现X80钢级、Ф1219mm×22mm直缝埋弧焊管的屈服强度、屈强比相对钢板原料显著上升,伸长率显著下降;X80钢级、Ф1219mm×18.4mm螺旋埋孤焊管的屈服强度、屈强比相对卷板原料略有上升,伸长率显著下降,抗拉强度变化不明显。

Abstract:This article introduced trial production and inspection & test results of X80 grade Ф1 219 mm ×22 mm LSAW pipe and 61 219 mm × 18.4 nan SSAW pipe used for The Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project. According to test result of procedure qualification,it was determined to adopt symmetrical X type bevel with 7 mm,bevel angle 37°,pre-welding with CHW60C 63 mm welding wire,inside and outside welding adopt MK -680 Ф4 mm welding wire matched with Shenjian SJ101G welding flux and corresponding welding specification for X80 grade Ф1 219 mm ×22 mm. For X80 grade Ф1 219 mm× 18.4 mm SSAW pipe,it adopt X type bevel with 7 mm and up bevel angle 35°,down bevel angle 40°,and inside and outside welding adopt H08C welding wire matched with Jinzhou SJ101G welding flux and corresponding welding specification. Trial production results meet the requirements of API SPEC 5L Specification and LSAW Pipe Technology Specification of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project. It was found that yield stress and Y/T ratio of X80 Ф1 219 mm ×22 mm I-SAW pipe rise obviously comparing to steel plate,elongation decrease remarkably. Yield stress and Y/T ratio of X80 Ф1 219 mm ×22 mm SSAW pipe rise slightly comparing to steel plate,elongation decreasing obviously,tensile stress without remarkable variation.
