| 摘 要： | 2021年1月1日,非洲大陆自由贸易区(African Continental Free Trade Area,AfCFTA)自由贸易启动仪式在线上举行,非洲大陆自贸区秘书长韦凯尔·梅内(Warnkele Mene)宣布非洲国家正式开始在自贸区内进行贸易活动。非洲联盟55个成员中,54个成员已签署非洲大陆自贸协定,34个成员已完成本国相关法律程序,成为自贸区正式成员。自此,覆盖12亿人口、GDP总值达到2.5万亿美元的非洲大陆,成为全球最大规模的自贸区,这是非洲联盟推进非洲经济一体化迈出的关键性一步。

| Abstract: | On January 1,2021,the African Continental Free Trade Area(AfCFTA)free trade launch ceremony was held online.The Secretary-General of the African Continental Free Trade Area,Wankele Mene,announced the official start of African countries Trade activities in the free trade zone.In the context of the current impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the instability and uncertainties of the international situation,the formal implementation of the African Free Trade Area will also inject strong impetus into the maintenance of multilateralism and free trade,and the stabilization and recovery of the world economy. |
