微硅-漂珠复合低密度高强度水泥浆体系的研究与应用

摘    要:为解决桩西油田固井质量不理想问题,开发出了一种微硅-漂珠复合低密度水泥浆体系,该体系具有密度低,稳定性好,抗压强度高,配伍性好等特点。现场应用表明,该水泥浆体系解决了桩西油田地层压力低、封固段长和固井质量差的问题。

Abstract:A compound low-density cement slurry mixed with micro-silicon and drifting beads was developed to improve cementing quality in Zhuangxi block. The system has such advantages low density, good stability, high compressive strength and excellent compatibility. Field applications show that the slurry can seal off long open holes of low formation pore pressures and achieve good cementing quality.
