摘    要:云参 1井在钻进过程中 ,因钻遇超低压地层而发生严重井漏。为此 ,采用充气 (氮气 )钻井液欠平衡钻井技术 ,满足了地质要求 ,保证了正常钻进 ,这是国内首次成功采用充气钻井液欠平衡压力钻井技术解决严重井漏的井例。系统地介绍了云参 1井充气钻井液的应用背景、工艺流程、井口装置和现场施工情况 ,并分析了实施效果

Abstract:Serious lost circulations occurred while ultra low pressure formations encountered during Yuncan 1 Well drilling. Therefore, using aerated drilling fluids and under balanced drilling techniques can not only meet with the geologic requirements but also ensure the normal drilling. This paper systematically introduced the application background and technological process of aerated mud drilling operations in Yuncan 1 Well and its wellhead devices, field operations, meanwhile, analyzed the performing effectiveness.
