松南地区小眼井钻井液体系及流变参数优选

摘    要:根据松南地区泉头组、青山口组地层水敏性强和登娄库组、营城组地层裂隙发育的情况,结合小眼井的特点,优选出了适合该地区小眼井的钻井液体系——钾基聚合物-成膜钻井液体系,并根据统计数据和实验结果给出流变参数的推荐范围。松南地区5口小眼井的应用结果表明,该钻井液体系防塌抑制能力强,其流变性能易于调整和维护。

Abstract:Combining the high water sensitivity of Quantou section and Qingshankou section, fracture developments of Denglouku section and Yingcheng section in Songnan area with technical considerations while penetrating slimholes, the novel drilling fluid system suited for this area, named methyl polymer membrane mud, is optimized. The recommended rheological parameters are given based on statistic data and test results. Field applications of this mud to 5 wells in this area show that it is able to prevent from caving greatly and be maintained and controlled easily.
