西部地区复杂深井固井技术

摘    要:西部地区深井固井难题主要包括盐膏层固井、高压防气窜固井,长封固段固井和小间隙固井,在详细分析上述主要固井问题的基础上,提出了针对性的固井工艺措施,并指出应针对不同地质条件选用不同的综合性能良好的水泥浆及隔离液体系:对于盐膏层固井,应选用高早强抗盐水泥浆体系;对于高压气层固井,应选用防气窜水泥体系;对于长封固段固井,应选用优质高强低密度水泥体系;对于小间隙固井,应选用抗高温MS-R前置液体系。以T914井盐膏层固井、DLK3井高压气层固井以及永1井小间隙固井为例,介绍了深井固井配套技术在西部地区的应用情况。

Abstract:The major difficulties presented while cementing deep wells in the west area are cementing gypsum beds, gas check cementing at high pressure, cementing long hole sections, and cementing slim holes, etc. On the basis of analyses of above-mentioned cementing problems, this paper presents pertinent cementing techniques and proposes that it is necessary to select various cement slurry and spacer with high comprehensive property according to different geologic situations, for example, high-early-strength and salt-resistant cement slurry should be selected for cementing gypsum beds, gas check cement slurry for high pressure gas zones, excellent high-strength and low-density cement slurry for long hole sections, high temperature MS-R spacers for slim holes, etc. Applications of supporting cementing techniques suitable for deep wells in the west area are introduced, including cementing gypsum bed in well T914, cementing high pressure gas zones in well DLK3 and cementing slim hole sections in well Yong-1.
