水平井偏心环空中岩屑床厚度预测研究

摘    要:正确认识水平井偏心环空中岩屑的运移及岩屑床形成的规律对改善水平井井眼清洗状况极为重要。根据偏心环空中两相流流动规律,建立了用于计算水平井岩屑床厚度的理论模型,结合室内试验数据及优化理论提出了预测岩屑床厚度的半经验公式,并将这一研究结果用于塞平1井(SP-1井)岩屑床厚度的预测。

Abstract:According to the laws of two phase flow in eccentric annular, a theoretical model that calculates cutting bed thickness in horizontal well was developed. Combining experimental data with optimization theory , a semi empirical formula to calculate cutting bed thickness was proposed. The formula was used in Well SP 1 to predict the cutting bed thickness.
