| 摘 要： | 目前压井节流控制箱作为节流管汇上的重要控制装置，在压井过程中被普遍采用。根据节流控制箱的控制原理，利用计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术研制了压井参数监测和节流控制硬件系统，根据高含硫气井的特点编制了高含硫气井压力监测软件系统。高含硫气井压力监测软件系统能实时监测采集压井参数，计算机对采集到的压井参数进行处理，并根据处理结果控制液动节流阀的开度。高含硫气井压力监测软件系统为实施自动压井提供了数据支持，使计算机优化压井闭环控制操作在安全、及时、科学的基础上进行。
