| 摘 要： | 以某炼厂减压渣油加氢脱硫装置为基础进行典型加氢装置的模拟优化研究。提出了包括以新氢费用、新氢压缩费用、普里森压缩费用、循环氢压缩费用氢气系统总费用最低为目标的优化模型,然后分别对影响费用的各个因素进行了分析,给出了计算方法。

| Abstract: | Based on vacuum residual oil hydrodesulfurization plant of some refinery,simulates and optimizes typical hydrogenation plant.Presents optimized model aimed at minimum costs,including new origin H2 cost,its compression cost,Prison compression cost,circulating H2 compression cost as well as total costs of H2 system,then analyses each factor influencing the costs and gives the calculating method. |
