| Abstract: | This paper presents the results of laboratory evaluation and field tests in 3 wells of a bifunctional additive for oil well cement,dispersant/retarder TD-1A. It is a compounded agent and prepared from lignosulfonate,inorganic borate and other ingredients. The TD-1A-treated cement slurries have good rheologic characteristics and controllable gelating time.The cost of treatment by TD-1A is less than that be the dispersant retarder used in these Oil Fields. |
