摘    要:川渝含硫气田H2S、CO2含量高,同时伴有气田水,生产过程中腐蚀问题非常突出。分析了川渝气田金属材料的主要腐蚀行为,并根据川渝含硫气田井下管线、站内采气管线、站外集气管线及净化厂的不同工况,在腐蚀控制、腐蚀检测及腐蚀数据管理方面开展了针对性研究。

Abstract:Accompanied with gas field water, sour gas fields in Sichuan and Chongqing contain high H2S and CO2, and corrosion is a significant problem during the production process. In this paper, the corrosion behaviors of metal materials in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields were analyzed. Furthermore, according to the different working conditions of underground pipeline, on-site gas pipeline, outside gas pipeline and purification plant, this paper carried out targeted research of corrosion control, corrosion detection and corrosion data management.
