天然气在线气相色谱仪的研制

摘    要:针对天然气组分分析需求,研制了一种在线气相色谱仪。该仪器具有分析速度快、测量精度高、载气和标气消耗量小、使用维护方便和维护成本低等优点。详细描述了仪器的组成结构,展现其性能特点。对仪器进行性能测试,结果显示该分析仪性能稳定,超过JJG 1055-2009《在线气相色谱仪检定规程》规定的指标要求。现场应用显示,该仪器分析准确,可靠性高,能够适应恶劣应用环境。

Abstract:An on-line GC analyzer is developed for natural gas analysis applications .It has the merits of fast time response ,high accuracy ,low gas consumption and low maintenance cost ,etc . Its features and configuration were described in detail .The performance tests show the analyzer performs well and meets the requirement of JJG 1055-2009 .Furthermore ,the analyzer has been successfully applied to field .T he results indicate that the analyzer is excellent and reliable in field and can deal with complex application condition .
