高强度钢管道环焊缝隐患治理措施研究

摘    要:针对国内管道建设过程中存在的很多问题,如建设过程中施工单位违规返修、检测单位对射线底片的漏评错评、监理单位监管缺失等,尤其是近年来突出的高强度钢管道环焊缝不能承受较大的外部载荷的问题,分析了高强度钢管道环焊缝与传统X65及以下钢级管道环焊缝失效特征的差异性,剖析了当前在役高强度钢管道焊接结构存在的问题,从系统工程的角度分析了高强钢管道焊接结构中焊缝与钢管管体抗拉强度匹配、变壁厚焊接结构应力集中、焊缝冲击韧性分散等方面存在的问题,并结合人力资源、配套资源和应用技术等因素提出了高强钢管道环焊缝隐患治理的建议,建立了高强度钢管道环焊缝关键风险控制的鱼骨图。

Hazard Control Measurement of Girth Weld in High Strength Steel Pipeline

Abstract:In view of many problems faced in the course of pipeline construction in China,such as illegal repair by the construction company,missing and wrong comments on radiographs by the inspection company,lack of supervision by the supervision company,etc.,especially the vulnerability of high-strength steel pipeline girth weld to resist external load highlighted in recent years,this paper analyzes the difference of weld failure characteristics between the high-strength steel pipeline girth weld and the traditional X65 and below steel pipeline girth,as well as the existing problems in the welding structure of high-strength steel pipeline in service at present,and interprets the existing problems in the welding structure of high-strength steel pipeline from the perspective of system engineering,such as the matching of tensile strength of weld and base metal,the stress concentration of variable wall thickness welding structure,the scatter of weld impact toughness,etc.By considering whether human resources are available,whether supporting resources are sufficient,the application technology maturity and other factors,suggestions for the treatment of high-strength steel pipeline girth weld hazards are put forward,and a fishbone diagram for key risk control of high-strength steel pipeline girth weld is established.
