柴油机起动工况喷油策略

摘    要:采用了模糊比例积分微分(PID)怠速稳定控制方法中的恒定油量进怠速、平滑降油进怠速、阶梯降油进怠速3种喷油量控制策略研究柴油机起动时的排放,结果显示:采用恒定油量进怠速、平滑降油进怠速这2种油量控制策略时,起动过渡阶段有许多不完全燃烧循环,导致起动阶段排放很高;采用阶梯降油进怠速控制策略时首循环没有失火现象,起动过渡阶段燃烧状况较好,排放性能较为优越。

Study of Injection Strategy for Diesel Start

Abstract:Three different methods,such as constant fuel,smooth decrease fuel and step decrease fuel were studied in the paper for diesel start based on fuzzy PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) idle control strategies.It was showed by test results that there will be incomplete combustion cycles with constant fuel and smooth decrease fuel strategies during start state,so emission of diesel was high.There were no misfire cycles during start with the strategy of step decrease fuel,therefore combustion processing and emission were better for start state.
