集输系统效能与技改评价软件的研制与应用

油气集输系统流程多样、设备多、系统复杂。为了对油气集输系统的用能状况进行评价并为工艺和设备改造提供依据,开发了集输系统效能与技改评价软件。软件在集输管网、站内流程工艺计算的基础上,可对集输系统的用能状况进行评价,并给出不同技改方案的技术比较及敏感性分析。利用该软件对胜利油田不同的集输系统进行了计算,结果表明软件具有用户界面友好、适应性强、计算快捷、准确等优点。

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF THE EFFICIENCY AND TECHNICAL RECONSTRUCTION EVALUATION SOFTWARE FOR THE CRUDE OIL GATHERING SYSTEM

The technical flow types of the oil and gas gathering system and the concerned equipment are varous,which makes the system complex.In order to evaluate the energy utilization level and provide the basis for technical and equipment reconstruction,the software is developed for efficiency and technical reconstruction evaluation.With it the energy utiliza- tion level of the gathering system can be evaluated on the basis of calculation of the gathering pipe network and flow technology in station.The software can offer the comparison for different technical reconstruction schemes and sensitivity analysis.It has been used in defferent gathering systems in Shengli oilfield.The result shows that it has many advantages in friendly user interface,flexibility,calculation speed and accuracy,etc.
