油井抽空控制技术研究与应用

摘    要:随着油田的不断开发,油井产能降低,油井的系统效率也降低。供液能力过低往往使抽油泵不能正常工作,严重的产生液击,从而促使抽油泵过早损坏。文中研制一套低产油井抽空控制技术,通过实施在线的油井功图、电流的动态监测,反馈抽空控制特征参数抽油泵的的充满程度,以油井抽油泵充满度为确定间歇模式的主参量,通过抽空智能控制间歇泵抽,协调井底供排平衡,发挥油井最大潜能,实现油井产量最大化、电量消耗最小,提高油井效率,延长油井检泵周期。

Abstract:Along with the oilfield development, the productivity and the system effectiveness of oil well are reduced. Generally the lower production rate caused the downhole pump work abnormality, which could accelerate the rod pump system failure. Based on the problem, the "pump off control" technology for the stripper well was developed. By using real time dynamic monitoring and oil well dynamometer card, the main characteristic parameters of pump off control for downhole pump fullness were obtained to determine the intermittent pumping sequence. Intermittent pumping could make balance between fluid supply from formation and the lift capacity of the pump,improve well production rate, reduce the electric quantity consumption and prolong pump detection period.
