摘    要:2006年7月钻至井深8408m的塔深1井,是目前亚洲最深井。钻井过程中,钻井液工艺技术克服了高温、塌、卡、有进无出严重井漏、固相侵入、膏盐污染、大环空携砂等技术难题,创造性应用微漏强钻技术、超深井稠浆段塞携砂工艺技术。用国产先进仪器对钻井液性能检测,其高温稳定性、润滑性、防塌性和失水造壁性都得到很好控制,成功地钻至8408m,塔深1井超深井钻井液工艺技术的成功应用,证明我国钻井液技术已达到国际先进水平,因此,这套钻井液技术具有一定的推广意义。

Abstract:Tashen Well 1,the present deepest well in Asia,was drilled to TD in July,2006.During the drilling process,tech-nical difficulties related to drilling fluid,such as high tempera-ture,collapse,stuck,drilling fluid total loss,solid invasion,gyp-sum - salt pollution,annular cutting transportation difficult,etc,have all been solved.Two innovative technologies as drilling ahead with light circulation loss and cutting transportation with thick mud slug in ultra - deep well have been successfully implemented.Ad-vanced home - made instruments have been used to check drilling fluid properties.It indicates the HP stability,lubricity,anti-col-lapse performance,and fdtration and walling up behavior have all been well controlled.By applying above technologies,Tashen well 1 has drilled to 8408 m.Successful application of ultra - deep well drilling fluid in Tashen well 1 proved that our drilling fluid tech-nology has reached international advanced level.Thus,it is wor-thy to promote this drilling fluid technology.
