摘    要:有杆泵采油是石油工业传统而占主导地位的人工举升采油方式。而有杆泵偏磨是抽油机采油普遍存在的问题,主要是油管、抽油杆在上下冲程中的相互偏磨,造成大量油管、抽油杆直接报废,也是抽油机井维护作业的主要原因之一,同时也是抽油机井维护作业成本居高不下的主要原因之一。文中就有杆泵偏磨机理进行探讨,并结合现场实际提出相应的配套工艺技术。

Abstract:Rod pumping is a main artificial lift oil production method in petroleum industry.At the same time the off-center wear of the rod pump is an ubiquitous problem during oil production with pumping unit which is because the wear of each other in the up and down stroking makes large numbers of tubing and sucker rods discarded.This is one of the main reasons of the maintenance for pumping wells and one of the primary reasons of the high maintenance cost of pumping wells.This article introduces the mechanism of rod pump off-center wear in details and puts forward the corresponding technology based on field cases.
