威荣页岩气田水平井套变段暂堵分段压裂工艺技术研究

摘    要:威荣页岩气田页岩气井套变频发,2017~2020年采用泵送桥塞分段压裂19口水平井,有9口井发生不同程度套变,导致桥塞不能被泵送到设计位置,严重影响改造的充分程度和压后产能,为此急需开展新技术攻关,解决套变后的分段改造难题?文章通过一系列技术攻关形成了暂堵分段压裂工艺技术,该技术将套变段一次性全部射开,采用多次暂堵工艺,实现分段压裂?以套变井WY43-1井为例,通过数值模拟和裂缝起裂规律研究,明确了合理的射孔簇数和暂堵压裂次数?通过暂堵参数优化和室内实验,明确了暂堵材料的用量和性能要求?WY43-1井套变段共开展18次压裂,12次暂堵,从压裂施工特征和裂缝监测来看,套变段获得了较为充分的改造,压后取得较好产能?该技术对套变复杂井具有较强的针对性,可有效提高储层的改造充分程度,可在威荣气田进一步推广应用?

Abstract:The casing deformation can lead to failed multistage fracturing using pumped bridge plug in the lower well section, which could seriously affect the effect of the multistage SRV fracturing of the shale gas horizontal well. 19 wells in Weirong shale gas reservoir have been fractured from 2017 to 2020, among which 9 wells have casing deformation with different degrees. It is urgent to carry out new technology research and solve the problem. Through a series of technical research, this paper has formed the temporary plugging and staged fracturing technology. which perforating all the well section of casing deformation, do temporary plug fracturing. Take WY43-1 for example, by performing numerical simulation and research on law of crack initiation, the reasonable number of perforating clusters and the temporary plugging fracturing times are defined. Through temporary plugging parameters optimization and laboratory experiments, the dosage and performance requirements of temporary plugging materials are specified. 18 fracturing operations and 12 temporary plugging had been carried out in Well WY43-1 with good effect. From the fracturing operation characteristics and fracture monitoring, it can be seen that the casing deformation section has been fully fractured and better productivity has been achieved after fracturing stimulation. This technology has strong pertinence to complex wells with casing deformation, can effectively improve the adequacy of reservoir reconstruction, and can be further popularized and applied in Weirong gas field.
