封窜堵漏技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对中原油田进入高含水期,油水井井况恶化,油井水泥返高以上套破及部分油井存在的大孔道难以封堵等问题,引进了一种新型高强度复合堵剂,该堵剂稳定性好、反应时间可控、封堵性强、耐高温、温度适应范围宽,且具有抗盐、抗稀释性能。现场应用表明,该技术对封堵套破和部分油井存在的大孔道有良好效果。解决了油井水泥返高以上套破及部分大孔道难于封堵的难题,恢复了可采储量。经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract:In high water cut period, well condition of Zhongyuan Oilfield is poor, such as casing failure above cement return height in oil wells and difficult-to-block water channels in some oil wells. In order to resolve the problems, a new kind of compound lost circulation additive with high strength is introduced. The plugging agent has the features of good stability, controllable reaction time, perfect blocking performance, high temperature resistance, wide thermal adaptation range, salt resistance and thinning resistance. Its field practice reveals its strong effectiveness in treating casing damage and water channels and in available reserve regaining.
