摘    要:针对双层分采井坐封时管柱易受压弯曲,且坐封载荷越大管柱变形越严重这一特点,提出通过控制井口管串预留高度来控制坐封载荷,是避免管柱过度弯曲的一种有效方法,并给出了计算井口管串预留高度的具体方法;为减缓中和点以下管柱受压变形,采用油管补偿器,以补偿油管的压缩量,减缓油管蠕动和偏磨.该方法通过在长庆油田耿83长x和长y试验区应用,坐封载荷合理,有效控制了管柱的变形.目前试验井生产正常,油井免修期均超过一年.

Abstract:The string is easy distorted by compressive during setting in dual producer,and more setting load more deformation.For this characteristic,an effective method which controlling wellhead string pre-height could control setting load was put forward to avoid the pipe string overbending and the calculation method of wellhead string pre-height was given.In order to slow down the compressive deformation of pipe string under neutral point,using tubing compensator compensated the tubing’s compressive force,and reduced tubing crawl and eccentric wear.Field practice in Chang-Qing oilfield showed that reasonable setting load could control pipe string deformation effectively.
