| Abstract: | Based on the sampling survey on the countries with population exceeding 100 million people, China ranks ninth among the 10 large population countries for the national security of natural resources and environment, only ahead of Japan. What is worse, the population growth and promotion of living standard exert greater pressure on the currently weak natural resources and environment. The recent upward trend of oil price has caused concerns from the society. People may ask whether the current oil price fluctuation will affect China's petroleum security. |
