| 摘 要： | 近年来,石油资源日益紧张,推动原油价格持续走高。为降低成本,提升企业竞争力,加工劣质原油成为炼油企业的发展趋势。结合全球高酸原油资源和加工技术概况,以及我国当前高酸原油加工存在的问题,分析了高油价下加工高酸原油的价格优势和技术可行性。提出我国要加快高酸原油加工的技术开发,选择1～2家石化企业做试点,集中加工高酸原油,取得成熟经验后向其它企业推广,扩大我国高酸原油加工比例,提升企业经济效益的观点。

| Abstract: | In recent years,oil resources have become increasingly tense,which promoted oil price constantly rising. To reduce cost and increase enterprise's compatibility,to process oil of low quality has become a trend.Combined with global resources and processing conditions of high acid oil (HA oil)and domestic existing problems,analyzed price ad- vantages and technical feasibility under high oil price,presented views such as we should speed up development of pro- cessing of oil wit high acid,and trial in one of two enterprises and then popularize the experience,increase ratio of pro- cessing it and economical benefit. |
