异丙醇精制过程控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对异丙醇精制过程的工艺特点和对控制系统的要求,研发了一套基于Profibus现场总线的全冗余集散控制系统;阐述了控制系统的整体结构、功能、软硬件设计和控制策略;实现了生产过程的集中管理和分散控制。某化工厂的实际应用证明该系统在降低成本、简化管理及维护的同时,提高了系统的可靠性、稳定性和实时性。

Abstract:A distributed control system based on Profibus fieldbus technology has been developed according to the process characteristics and control requirement of isopropanol refining process.The whole structure,function,design of software and hardware,control strategy are expatiated,and the centralized supervision and distributed control are realized for the manufacture process.The practical application indicates that the system reduces the cost,simplifies the management and maintenance,and also improves the reliability,stability and real-time property of the system.
