油气站场安全防护技术探讨

摘    要:现行标准强制要求油气站场设置安全防护技术,但未给出具体选用原则。介绍了国内外油气站场安全防护技术发展趋势,包括俄罗斯油气站场预防大型动物意外闯入的做法。阐述了各种安全防护技术的安全性、监控范围、灵敏度和受外界干扰可靠性等性能指标。提出了新建油气站场安全防护技术选用原则,即根据站场环境特点和防护需求,综合考虑性能指标、经济成本和可维修性因素,优先选用本质安全性安全防护技术,并进一步提高气候环境可靠性和智能识别能力。

Abstract:The current standards compulsively require oil and gas stations to set up security protection technology, but no specific selection principle is given. The development trend of security protection technology in oil and gas stations at home and abroad, including the practice of preventing large animals from entering oil and gas stations in Russia is introduced. The performance index of security, monitoring range, sensitivity and reliability of external disturbance of various security protection technologies are expounded. The selection principle of security protection technology for new constructed oil and gas stations is proposed. According to the environmental characteristics and protection requirements of the environmental characteristics of stations, with comprehensive considering the performance index, economic cost and maintainability factors, the intrinsic safety protection technology is preferred, and the reliability of climate environment and intelligent identification ability are further improved.
