摘    要:考虑到渤海旅大5-2油田伤害特点及增产机理,选用溶解能力相对较弱、能实现深穿透且不损害电潜泵系统的酸液体系,最终优化出具有配伍性好、低伤害、弱溶蚀、深穿透、不破坏骨架和砾石充填层等优点的多氢酸体系作为主体酸,并与不动管柱酸化工艺相配套,通过间隔注酸和电缆腐蚀实验,证明不动管柱酸化工艺能够达到海上油气田酸化作业和不影响后续生产的要求。现场应用表明,不动管柱酸化工艺完全能满足类似海上油气田的酸化作业需要,从而大大简化了施工程序,缩短了作业周期,降低了作业成本,在渤海油气田得到广泛应用。

Abstract:Considering the damage characteristics and stimulation mechanism of Lvda 5-2 Oilfield in Bohai Bay, we select an acid fluid system being composed of multi-hydrogen acid which is of relatively poor solvability, relatively great acting radium and no damage to ESP system.It has so many advantages such as good adaption, poor damage, poor solvability, great acting radium, no breaking the rock-frame and fill layer, and is used as the main acid matched with the original production string acidizing technology.Disco...
